I expected that they could recover my files. But they couldn't recover a single document and charged 158 AUD. :(

Unfortunately, after an hour there was no success, only confirmation of my own diagnostics.
A very limited prognosis by the technician.

Have always found the staff to be incredibly helpful and genuinely feel they have my best interests at heart. Will always use the team at Australian Computer Doctors where possible.

Loved the way Australian Computer Doctors helped solve the problem I was facing with a computer software. I loved the way that I was a participant in this problem solving situation. I didn't feel inactive throughout and I understood the process of what was happening and became a part of that. Well done!

I have used this service previously with success so when I needed help with my computer I contacted the Australian Computer Doctors again. This time was service was not very good, my computer is not fixed. Both times I contacted the office for help to fix the problem the young man who answered the phone became angry and started verbally berating me before he abruptly hung up both times. I'm nearly 70 and this upset me greatly, not the customer service I was expecting, plus I paid $158 for a incomplete computer service. I couldn't get a word in with this young man. He just yelled at me and then hung up! So I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
